ROL/RESPONCEBILITIES
Payroll (Salary Administration)
• Payroll administration: Preparation of salary inputs in excel for all employees and coordinating with accounts department for salary credits.
• Preparation of mode of payments for the RTGS transferring.
• Fully responsible and accountable for salary process till credit to employees respective account.
• Providing all salary related information to Finance dept. for booking purpose.
• Updating the salary history sheet of all employees as per their current CTC.
• Providing Pay slips to all employees and verification against the payroll inputs.
• Looking after statutory compliance under labor laws like PF, ESI, PT, Contract Labor, Gratuity, Bonus Act and all types of half-yearly and annual returns.
• Taking care of associates joining and leaving month wise.
COMPENSATION& BENEFITS
• Salary fitment according to the existing salary bands.
• Taking care of clearance process full and final settlement.
• Responsible for employee query related to their salary & various employees related issues.
• Responsible for timely issuing confirmation as well as yearly revised salary Break up letter.
PROCESSING OF LETTERS
Processing of all kind of letters (i.e. provisional offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, revised salary letters, relieving letters and experience letters.)
