A MUX/DEMUX Module for CWDM with Concave Micromirrors
ABSTRACT
A beam guide with concave micromirrors was developed for a CWDM MUX/DEMUX module to increase the number
of channels. It loosens the alignment and fabrication tolerances of the modules, which enables to make an inexpensive and
low-loss CWDM module with over 10 channels.
