• Hands on experience in commissioning, trouble shooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive & corrective maintenance, manpower inventory control.
• Erection of DCS (Distribution Control System) Motor Control Panel MV& LV loads with cabling and controls.
• Termination of instrumentation Cables (pressure and thermo …etc )
• Erection of earth pits, Earthing of all equipments and ring main.
• QA&QC Sector for all electrical panels and instruments.
• Executing electrical erection works (Pulling cables, termination of all control and power cable, race way and cable tray installation.
• Carrying out all electrical tests on cables such as Insulation Megger test, High Potential Test and continuity test.
• Follow up erection of all instruments such as (PDIS, PT, FT, TT, FIT,LT, PIT, Termocouples…..etc) Maintenance of 250Kva and 1000kva CUMMINS and KIRLASKAR make diesel generators.
• Maintenance of 500KVA STAMFORD make steam turbine generators
• Commissioning of new equipment for the plant, execution of capital proposals and improvement initiatives.
