Synopsis:
• Mechanical Engineer with 15 yrs experience in Tool Room - Manufacturing - process planning control-purchase.
• Experience in minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximum utilization of men, material & machine.
• An Effective communicator with excellent relationship management & interpersonal skills.
• Have adequate process Knowledge in Mould Manufacturing process.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working as welder.
• Man power co-ordination
• Instrumental in increasing Productivity.
• Reduced the lead time for new mould Fabrication thereby satisfied customer requirement.
• Cost savings done by using Existing Cutting Tools in SPM area in spite of purchasing new tools often (4 lacks/year).
• Successfully Reduced cavity losses from 12% to 3% thereby cost saved by 6 lacks per annum.
• Fecilitator for quality circle team .
• COST SAVING IN PURCHASE ACTIVITIES.
• Actively participated “TRAINING PROGRAMM INSTATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL” customized by nathen & nathen consultant.
• Active participant in workshop on “AWARENESS TO ACTION LEADERSHIP” Customized by Oscar Murphy International, Singapore.
• Active participant in workshop on “QC TOOLS & TECHNIQUS FOR FECILITATOR”.
