JOB OBJECTIVE:
Seeking mid level assignments in Projects and Application in the Machine Tools / Automobiles sector / Automation and Manufacturing Operations, with an organization of repute.
SYNOPSIS
Procuring BS in Engineering Technology (BITS, Pilani) & has Diploma in Mechatronics with 5 years experience in Mechatronics Maintenance Engineering. Currently associated with TYCO Electronics Corporation India pvt ltd. (Bangalore) as Maintenance Engineer.
Maintenance Engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of SPM’s in the shop floor.
2. Installation and commissioning of m/c. Responsible for the transfer of projects (has overseas experience in Belgium/Germany/Portugal).
3. Calibrating the tester as per the due date and standard calibration procedure.
4. Assigning preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance schedule.
5. Maintaining the ISO Documents, History cards, periodic checklists, TPM activities and other documents as per statutory procedures.
6. Customer feed back addressing for improving quality in component through minor alteration in the existing machine.
7. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
8. Proactively conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends; to implement effective solutions to the customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment
