*Study of construction drawings, developing erection sequence, preparation of construction schedule.
*Material, manpower & equipment planning for daily work activities.
*Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedules.
*Preparing Cash inflow and Out flow Statements.
* Delegating with the client for the monthly progressive invoices, variation orders and their approvals.
* Review of Engineering and Procurement status in line with erection sequence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing the Scope and schedule for assigned packages by referring drawings and documents.
Implementation of execution plan by co-ordination meetings with contractors.
Continuous monitoring of equipment erection as per specific manual and required procedures.
Update and monitor the schedule against the progress of work.
Quality Record verification.
Conducting Weekly meetings with Contractor.
