Working as an Jr. Engineer (Electrical) in silica ceramica (P)Limited NARAYANAPURAM,UNGUTURU(MANDAL),TADEPALLIGUDEM,Since OCTOBER 2008.
WORK DETAILS:
Maintenance of THREE LINES ERIKSSON
(press,drier,spray drier,glazeline,freekiln,kiln,polishing).
Maintenance of total electrical shift.
Maintenance and trouble shooting of GRR,LRS & LT motors.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of different types & ratings of HT and LT Circuit Breakers includes with their Controls.
Maintenance and operation of 6*500KVA,1250KVA DGs .
Preventive maintenance, Shutdown planning, etc.
Maintenance of 5*2500 KVA T/F.
Procurement of Spares, Man power allotment.
Maintenance of VFDs.

Comprehensive problem solving abilities
