Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) Plant
• Studied the Processfor ProducingDAP and studied the various Raw material used for producing the DAP.
• Observed the main sections like Granulation, Drying and Dedusting sections for DAP.
• Studied the various Plant operation and Specification of Equipment used for manufacturing of DAP.
• Studied the treatment of effluent (waste water) from dedusting section in DAP.
• Studied the Safety Device used in DAP and studied the MSDS of the Raw materialand also studied the Major Engineering and Operational Problem.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
• FIRST prize in problem solving at CONFLUENCE 2010 (A national level technical event organize by Chemical Engineers Association, Gandhinagar)
• Participated in Mock Drill and Technical Quiz at CONFLUENCE’10
Experience
• 9- month work experience in PARIKH ENTERPRISE PVT LTD as a post of Production engineer.
• Currently working in NEON LABORATRIES LIMITED as PROJECT ENGINEER from last 6 months.
