Present Status:
Currently designated as RF Co-Ordinator in Randstad India Ltd. from Dec 2010 to till date at Gujarat ( Ahmedabad ).

More than 4 years working experience in RF Optimization.
From Dec. 2010 to till now working as an RF Coordinator in Randstad India Ltd.. for VTL , Vodafone , RCOM , IDEA – Gujarat , Maharashtra ,MP,UPE & RJ .
From Sept. 2008 to Nov. 2010 work as an senior RF engineer in Integrated Wireless solution Pvt Ltd.

2. ZTE Telecom – UPE
3. Huawei Telecom – Punjab , Haryana.

From March. 2011 to July 2011 worked as an Optimization Engineer with RCOM_CDMA(Gujarat & MP) Project for Drive test & Optimization along with IBS and NARDA for EMF Testing.
From Dec. 2010 to March 2011 worked as an Optimization Engineer with Huawei Telecom on Reliance(Punjab) Project for 3G Drive Test.
From Sept. 2008 to Nov. 2010 worked as Optimization Engineer with NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS PVT. LTD. on VODAFONE (ROB) Project for Drive Test & Optimization.
Job Responsibility:
As RF Optimization Engineer:
To Check and analyze the Cell Level & Network Level Parameters and Standards for GSM Mobile network and Optimize them to meet the standards.
Parameter Retune and Optimization of Network (NBH & BBH) as per agreed threshold of customer.
KPI observation (SDCCH Assignment & Completion, TCH Assignment & Completion, DL Quality, HOSR & Traffic etc,) to analyze the network performance.
