• Supervisory Capacity Certificate passed from MP Govt. (MPEI), Bhopal in the year 2008.
• B.Sc.-Math, A.P.S. university Rewa M.P. in Year of 2003 With 63%.
• HSSC Board (XII)- H.S.S. Amlai (M.P.) year-1998 With 57%.
• HSC Board (X) –H.S.S. Amlai (M.P) Year-1995 With 61.9%.
Present job status:
Presently I am working as Asst. manager (E&I) since March’ 2006 in M/s PRISM CEMENT LTD. An ISO 9000-2001 company.The company has been promoted by M/S Rajan Raheja Group and companies,M/s FL Smidth &co. A/s Denmark ,and IFU (Industrial Development Finance)Denmark. It is one of the largest cement plant in india with capacity of 7000 TPD (Single Kiln) with a very high degree of automation. New another plant 10000 TPD start now jun 2011 FLS design.
Previous Job Status:
1) Worked with M/s Prakash Industries LTD. Champa (C.G) (Steel & Power Divison) (An 9001 & 14001 Certified Co.) An integrated steel and power division with captive power generation unit of 90MW (2x25MW +10MW+7.5MW) capacity including AFBC &WHRB Boiler. Sponge iron (2x500TPD) of Lurgi West German Technology.
2) Worked with M/s MKM & company in the project for Jaypee cement Plant Rewa M.P.
Cement & Power division with ISO 9002 &14001 certified plant with captive power generation unit of 27MW J.P. Rewa &27 MW J.P. Bela plant capacity including AFBC.
Worked as electrical engineer in Project from 2002 - 2003.
Looking after maintenance installation errection & Commissioning of all elect. Equipment & Project in charge in captive power plant 27MW.
Job Responsibilities in present job:
• AT present I am looking incharge a crusher and mines area. Electrical and instrumentation. I handel a mines and field stracker and reclaimer operation and manantance.
• Looking main line kiln, cooler, raw mill, and coal mill area.
• Errection &commissioning of 132KV/6.6kv switch yard.
• E.S.P. Operation and Maintenance.
• AC drives, DC drives, SPRS,6.6kv SF6 Switchboards Maintenance and smooth operation .
• Transformer,Alternators, HT Motors,DC Motors,LT Motors etc. Maintenance and smooth operation .
• Microprocessor based field instruments (like-Temperature, Pressure, Sprrd &Flow transmitters etc.)
• DG power plant 6x6 Wartsila make full maintenance and operation.
• Maintenance system through ‘SAP’ for all Electraical &Instrumentation eqpts.
