Job Responsibility
1) Daily basis Purchase Updation : F&V(Farmers, Traders)
2) Daily basis Sales updation (Credit Sales)
3) To do Monthly basis vendors reconciliation (Sales Vs Payment).
4) To conduct stock check on every month and Identify the Discrepancy.
5) FMCG Stock Receipt and Preparation of GRN.
6) Clearing the Damage & Expiry of FMCG Products.
7) To do Perpetual Inventory of Top Value SKU’s to Control Shrinkage.
8) Inter-store Reconciliation on daily basis and settle the stock in Transit.
9) Cash Receipt Reconciliation (ie ,Collection Vs bank deposit).
10) Daily basis Sales and Purchase report updation in Ho.
11) Updation of Dump and valuation of same.
12) Preparation of Margin Report of Credit Sales Parties on a weekly basic.
13) Petty cash handling
14) Monitoring the Non-Salable items movement.
15) System updation and verification of all stock transfers.
16) Daily basis checking of inflow and outflow materials.
