ISO/TS-16949;2009, ISO14001;2004 manufacturers High-Pressure Aircon Hoses, Tube Connectors, Magnetic Clutch, Rotor, & Idler Pulley for Subros Ltd. to used in their Automotive AC systems. Subros in turn is the largest Indian manufacturer of automotive aircon systems and is an OE supplier to Maruti Suzuki & Tata Motors etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
1. To handle the team as total 10 technician in the maintenance department.
2. To update the annual preventive schedule ,pm record ,history card and master list,
3. To check per day engine faulty as lube..oil water temp.battery vol. oil temp.oil pressure, oil level,
All filters, cooling system.
4. To check /day compressor, cooling tower, HVAC, pump room, RO plant, coolant system.
5. To update EMS and TS-16449 related documents.
6. To update and revised the spare parts list on the basis of critical parts.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
As Maintenance engineer in “Global auto tech ltd”
Machine
1. M/C Maintenance of CNC like as Hass, Takisawa, Pmt, brother, Fanuc Rob drill based on Fanuc controller.
2. M/C Maintenance of as Comco bulging spinning, SPM Drilling& Milling, ultra sonic washing m/c, brooching m/c.
