1) My Responsibilities:

• Handled the associate’s and vendor’s payment request reimbursement.
• Handled associate and vendor queries on Company’s policies on payment reimbursement.
• Reconciliation statement of bank balance.
• Reviewed of Statement of Expenses (SOE) & Clearing the SOE for payment.
• Handled the Common Mail box (SOE)
• Handled the petty cash.
• Collected the Operational Report for every quarter.

2) My Responsibilities:

• I have worked with the Accounts payable department. There I am taking care the Item costing. Worked with the client software (AS400).
• Verification of invoice amount and quantity is keyed correctly in the software.
• Mapping the item number to vendor number.
• Research the item number with item description.
• Handled the Common Mail box.
• Clarify the vendor’s queries.

1) My responsibilities:

• Verification of Expense claims of the employees with regard to Domestic travel, Investment Proof etc, as per the company norms.
• Handled associate queries on Company’s policies on Travel finance and Payroll related Queries.
• Online approval of both INR and other currency Expenses in PeopleSoft as per the company policies.(Prepay Auditor)
