• Responsible for the maintenance of customer complaint Log register.
• Preparation of layout inspection, product audit, process audit plans & carryout the same.
• Preparation of the calibration schedules & ensuring calibration activities as per schedule.
• Responsible for verification of calibration certificates & maintenance of history cards.
• To implement & follow the QMS within the department
• Monitoring SPC & MSA activities.
• Implementation of PPAP Activities.
• Analysis of return materials.
• Maintaining Daily Quality improvement meeting within the dept.
