Presently handling operation, maintenance & troubleshooting for ETP (Cap. 950 m3/Day) and STP ( 80m3/Day) and Rain maker or Water Recovery Plant for Water Recycling and Reuse with (RO-UV,MVRE & Crystallizer) (750 M3/Day) and UF-RO. Water Recycling and Reuse
Zero Liquid discharge plant consisting of Activated sludge process ETP/Recovery plant, with aeration andMembrane filtration system, Multiple Effect Evaporator.
Carried out many internal audits for EMS ISO 14001 – 2004, OHSAS 18000-2007, HACCP & GMP.
Preparation of Trend Analysis for the Pollution control measures with respect to Environment parameters and reviewing the actual performance with the standard/ expected results.
Hazardous & Solid Waste Management and Disposal options with Handling, segregation, storage and disposal from all over the company.
Looking after operation & maintenance of rain water harvesting system with ground recharge provision as per Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Worked for Vadodara Municipal corporation on behalf of chokhvatia, in 66 MLD effluent treatment plant, responsible for complete sewage treatment plant, Also commissioned the plant from the initial stage, My employment includes the operation and maintenance of each every treatment units like Screen chamber, Grit chamber, Primary clarifier, Aeration tank, Secondary clarifier, Sludge Thickener, Anaerobic Digester and Sludge drying beds as per its design capacity. I look after the maintenance of all the equipments installed to run the units, like screen, classifier, sludge Scrapper Bridge, aerators, pumps, compressors etc., as per the maintenance schedule. Along with these things, I involve in the manpower management and all the documentation.
Also worked in pilot plant for study of treatability for COD, BOD and TSS reduction via physical, chemical and biological treatment.
