Bachelor of Technology from Guru Gobind Singh College Of Modern Technology, Kharar (Mohali), affiliated to PTU Jalandhar , along with the aggregate of 71% Session 2008-2012.
10+2 from Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala along with the aggregate of 64.60% Session 2007-08.
10th from Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala along with the aggregate of 55.14% Session 2005-06.
Industry synopsis
Working as Quality Engineer in Continental Engineering Mohali since MAY 2012.
Job Responsibilities:-
1) Incoming inspection of raw material / packing material / consumable as per the specification & std. both for visuals & dimensional aspects.
2) Control of quality as per the defined methods & processes / quality improvements through identifying & eliminating of waste by suggesting improvements of processes & methodology after analysis of process rejection & wastes.
3) Pursuing Quality System Audit at supplier end for supplier up gradation
4) Making quality procedures and rule route for Quality function.
5) Carrying out Inspection of Front Axle Beam.
6) Verification of control plan during pilot lot production stage at supplier end to ensure the stability of processes and implementation of Initial Supply Control.
7) List of defects & causes of defects / analysis of defect / trouble shootings.
