•Presently responsible for process & operation of 4500 TPD double string (ILC) kiln supplied by TKIL including limestone grinding Vertical roller mill cap. of 330 TPH & coal grinding vertical roller mill cap. of 38 TPH,Polytrack cooler (8/2.5-2.5) with intermediate crusher supplied by polysius, cooling area of 106 sqm.
along this run 1500 TPD double string (ILC) kiln including limestone grinding center discharge ball mill cap. of 130 TPH & coal grinding ball mill 13.50 TPH.Reciprocating type grate cooler in used.
•Operation and quality control of Raw mills , Pyrosection and coal mill, cement mill.
•Optimization of kiln and mills for higher production
•Carrying out fan flow measurement using pitot tube.
•Responsible for maintaining effective run factor, production and productivity factor.
•Refractory applications in Shut down.
•Grinding Media handling and charging in Ball Mill.
•Planning and Execution of Improvement projects.
