The organization is joint venture of NIKKO JAPAN UM(unitech machines) group Manufacturing of Horns,Hand brakes, Foot board,mirror( front & rear), & other Sheet metal Automotive components.
Job Profile
1. Responsible for conducting the daily morning meeting & highlite the quality problems.
2. Responsible for daily redbin analysis and mainten the records.
3. Display and maintain the quality flash, work instruction on shop floor & training provide to the workers.
4. To analyse and control the comman causes & special causes in fitment of horn assembly.
5. Display of current occurrence of quality problems and taking action with production team.
6. Handling the customer problems and taking counter measures with evidence.
7. Responsible for making SPC,MSA and maintaining quality related data.
8. Responsible for conduct the INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT. & find out the major and minor nc”S
9. Trying to achieve fix quality target by analyze and control the root causes of problems using” 8D” Method for improve the process target of project.

• Working on Combine improvement project (CIP) for Hero Motocorp ltd.
Theme:- Early adjustment of Horn in warranty priod.
Aim :- To increase the quality of product & reduce the Early ardjustment problem.
Status :- Continouing.

PAST EMPLOYMENT :-

Worked as a Quality control Engineer in JAY BHARAT MARUTI Ltd from Feb.2012 to June.2012
The organization is joint venture of MARUTI SUZUKI is large scale car manufacturing company.
JBM deals in manufacturing of sheet metal auto components for Maruti Suzuki.g
Job Profile
1. Handling the in process quality of BIW (body in white) Assembly in welding shop.
2. Maintening and implementation of “5s”.
3. Display and maintain the quality flash, work instruction on shop floor & on job training provide to the workers.
4. To analyze and control root cause of welding defects at the customer end & in process Assembly by using 7QC TOOLS.
5. Corrective action taken in jig & fixtures to control the reoccurence of problem welding assembly.
6. Responsible for daily morning meeting of all quality inspectors and aware them to the problems.


TRAINING PROGRAME ATTENDED

2 Certification program for Internal Quality Auditor by A.B.C. business solution. Faridabad.
3 Five days training program on SPC, MSA, PROCESS CAPABILITY, PPAP,APQP, FMEA, 5S, has been successfully attended,
4 Complete SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT training taken provided by AIG Group noida .

PROJECT:- Worked on project SHIKHAR (NAI SOCH NAI UDAAN) conducting by MARUTI UDYOG LTD. For improvement the quality of product & reduce the rejrection PPM by continous improvement.
