Working in Lords Chemicals Ltd., as Accountant– While Conduduting Accounting and other essential assignment as per requirement of management.
Area covered:
• Working area includes – Inventory analysis, production analysis, purchase system, ledger scrutiny, Cash & Bank, overtime analysis, insurance claims, Debtor, creditors, review of MIS of different departments, Physical verification of Stock and Fixed Assets etc.
• Head Office A/c, Branch A/c & Sales Point A/c as per Stock Transfer and Reporting to Director.
• Finalization of Attendance /Salary / Leave /Bonus and Others Register of Employees and Reporting to Director .
• Timely Maintenance and Preparation of All Accounting Records and Books as per Statutory Requirements including Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Regular Control and follow up of Receivables, Payables and Other Dues Including Periodic Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors Ledgers Etc.
Computer Proficiency
• Proficiency in Dos, Windows and MS Office.
• Well Conversant with other Accounting Packages like Tally ERP 9, Fast, Udyog (Excise Software) Payroll (Salary software)and Expert (Inventory Software)
