CAREER OBJECTIVE:
Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in improving efficiency of the warehouse
and standards of goods, to manage daily operations and planning the use of materials, to
ensure a consistent high standard of presentation in the store and making sure of effective
use of store space in order to maximize the efficiency
Job Responsibilities:
My major responsibilities include but not limited to,
Coordinate with production department in order to insure proper usage of material.
Communicate with purchasing department in order to keep proper quality certificates
received from vendor
Responsible for the daily managing of the staff and assigning duties.
Analyzing store sales figure.
Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and compiled
with.
Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.
Manage and address to concerned department incase of shortage or loss of material.
Physical verification of all material received, cross checked with purchase order and
against the invoice and delivery note.
Preparing acknowledgement of all items and forwarding the same to accounts
department.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to talk and communicate with the people freely
Ability to properly manage the workers in order to improve work efficiency and time
usage
Learn new ideas quickly, Eager to undertake challenging tasks.
Ability to inspire store staff to keep ahead of competition
Commercially and operationally minded
Knowledge of operating overhead cranes and fork lift.
