CURRENT JOB:-
Presently I am working with in Aum Saw Pipe Industries Pvt. Ltd.visakhapatnam(AP) as a Sr. Manager..The organization is a world leader in manufacturing of Carbon Steel SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) Pipe & Anti Corrosion Coating on the Pipe like Cement, Coal tar, and Epoxy etc. It is accreted with ISO- 9002, ISO-14001& API-5L, 2B and 5CT certification.Now Plant is Project conditions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise inspection team and manage quality issues related to inspection and provide technical support.
• Monitor contractor’s quality systems, records and quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
• Review & evaluate contractor’s quality document submittals.
• Reviews design drawings, engineering specifications and QA/QC programs for compliance to Company standards.
• Review of Project Quality plan and scope of work
• Attend weekly QA/QC coordination and progress meeting with Project Management Team (PMT) and contractor to discuss quality matters and resolution.
• Routine documentation/reporting including non-conformances, highlights, focus assessment, quality issues etc
