Physical Design
This section contains the details about all the processes that are performed in the software system and also tells us about the input and output identification i.e. what is the input being given and what is the desired output.
1. Login process
Input: Operator will enter his/her ID and password, if valid user then he’ll/she’ll be logged in.
Output: The operator now can perform the various operations i.e. issue, receive, bill generation of stock.
2. Admin task
Input: The admin enters the details such as feedback question, faculty details, course details, college details that is what kind of question suitable for giving the feedback.
Output: The details of faculty, course, class and section enter into database as well as on the report that who gets how much rating.
3. Post Ads
Input: The user post ads by choosing the desire category.
Output: After posting ads the user can view the status of their ads and the posting ads can been seen by any other user.
4. Search
Input: After successfully log in to system the admin or faculty can search any advertisement by selecting categories and sub categories.
Output: After selecting categories and sub categories ,the user can see the related ads which are already posted .
5. Report Generation
Input: The Admin has enters the details. Admin has to enter the details about respective fields for which he/she want to print the report such as user details ,ads details etc.
Output: The report generated and admin can save it into the system.
