Preparation of job profiles and Key Result Areas and Critical Success Indicators for each position.
Identifying the Handling Performance Appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same.
Initiating rewards & recognition programmers’ through perpetual assessments.
Potential Appraisal and Cultural Building.
Assessment of organizational climate and to identify the strategies for bringing in a cultural change.
Introducing innovative and creative HR initiatives

Training & Development:

Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
Evaluating Training effectiveness by regular interaction with the participants & HOD's.
Encourage sharing of learning among the peers and subordinates and organizing /facilitating sharing sessions.
Personnel Management and Employee Relations:
Ensuring maintenance of amicable employee-management relations in the organization by encouraging employees to voice their opinions on common platforms and inviting suggestions.
Counsel and coordinate with all the employees, Heads of the departments to ensure that there will not be any conflict of interest in performing the assigned task and responsibilities.
Initiating disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries as and when required.
Taking care of all grievances redress functions and maintaining smooth and harmonious working atmosphere.
