Objectives:
To obtain challenging and rewarding full time position in Windows Server Administration with growth and learning opportunities in supportive, challenging work environment that would take advantage of my job experience.
Summary of Experience:
• 4 years of IT experience as a Desktop Admin and Wintel Support Engineer
and responsible for manage and support Desktops, Laptops & Active Directory,
Server Administration and Server Hardware maintainance.
• Troubleshooting Windows 2000/2003\Active Directory\NT Server problems.
• Working on business critical issues and fixing the same by ensuring minimum downtown.
• Performing health checks on the server, Managing and checking for hardware faults on Servers via HP System Management tool. Checking Event viewer logs
• Creating New Users, Groups & granting appropriate rights and permissions.
• Managing Windows Virtual Servers through VMware Virtual Center.
• Maintaining Servers (Production, Development and Test servers) in 24x7 environments.
• Hardworking and willing to take on new responsibilities and respond to it.
• To perform changes, We Schedule Planned Downtime for Business units and providing them the outage information of service due to hardware replacement or Reboot of Server .
