AIM

To automate the process irrigation in farming and also provide the wireless mobile monitoring system of farmland using various sensors.

ABSTRACT:

Agrarian monitoring and alerting system addresses the contemporary agrarian(Modern use of farmland) needs for better production.
It manages water resources, and electricity efficiently .
Alarm for trespassers.
Providing the PH value of the soil for proper fertilization.
Water level sensor is used to limit the use of water for irrigation process.
He can monitor and change parameters of his farming system by using mobile.

Existing System:

Bluetooth module.
Motors and Solenoid valves.
Microcontroller unit.
Moisture sensors.

PROCESSED SYSTEM:

GSM module.
Pump Motors and Solenoid valves.
LDR.
LED(Night time alert).
Alarm(Trespasser).
Microcontroller unit(PIC).
Moisture & ph sensors.
Water level sensing(in 2 nos)

BLOCK EXPANTION

PIC controller is used to control the overall process.
The sensors gets the farming information's and gives it as the input of the controller.
The obtained information of the farmland is then sent by means of SMS by using GSM.

GSM MODULE

Micro strip Antenna.
+3 volt power supply.
DB9 serial port.
Blinking LED(signal indication).
Single sim slot(only mobile).

Process Involved:

We need to select the type of crop for which we going to implement the system using the crop keys.
Then the unique module designed for that particular crop loads in to the program counter of microcontroller, loaded module has the predetermined values for moisture content, sustainable temperature for the specified crop.
After loading the necessary modules microcontroller starts to read the values of moisture sensors and relate it with the specified values if it found any inconsistent between specified values and the filed values.
It activates solenoid valves and pump motors on the basis of obtained computational results comparing field and specified values.
IR sensors in the Micro controller senses the invasion of the trespassers and activate the alarm.
PH sensors are use to measure the soil PH value for the proper use of fertilizers at the right time.
