Reviewing method statement and ITP for special area of construction activities as per agreed by consultant and as per ISO 9001:2008 QMS essential procedure.
Assisting the Project Management in maintaining and controlling quality standards as per given specifications.
Generating fill quality Action plan for the given project and ensuring quality checks for all activities on at the site.
Conducting Management review meeting at sites to discuss quality issues and opportunities for improvements.
Analyzing test reports, inspecting tank foundation details and executing them.
Overseeing the sampling of materials from the site to testing; interpreting the results to assure the quality of mix produced at the plant as per Standards & Contract Specifications.
Examining the Survey profiles of the tunnel sections in consultation with the survey dept.
Testing of soils and other materials by carrying out various tests to determine their suitability.
Developing new procedures and their relevant ITP’s for the forthcoming projects.
