Recruitment & Selection:
Understanding Manpower requisition, exploring internal and external resources, Short listing through interviews and other tools.
Manpower sourcing through headhunting, Apprentice Board, Placement agencies, newspapers & e-recruitment through job portal.
Develop job profiles & job specification for various positions to ensure selection of the right people in the organization.
Conducting Job melas with assistance of Apprentice Board for recruitment of Apprentices.
Making interview calls, scrutinizing resumes and coordinating interviews.
Issuing offer letters and Appointment letters and completing joining formalities.
Update and maintain employee data base and employees personal record files.
Providing the Induction to appointed employees.
Time management :
Attendance.
Leave management.
Late coming.
Overtime etc.
Industrial Relations and Employee Welfare:
Disciplinary Action, domestic Enquiry.
Counseling to the absenteeism workmen and liquor deducted workmen.
Monitoring smooth working of Industrial Canteen as a canteen member.
Co-ordination with canteen contractor & Canteen committees for smooth running the canteen.
Conducting Hygiene audits ensure services of good quality food to employees.
