Based on a process of vehicle drivers in the demand for parking designed a set of meet the demand of the parking billing system, this paper presents a method of fuzzy control induced decision-making, effectively with the current traffic conditions and traffic to a future decision induced route and parking space, and a reliable and comprehensive, real-time display remind system. This paper's billing system adopt flexible and changeable, and real-time pricing strategy, according to different time, different parking and stop time to calculate parking fees, can ensure that every parking utilization. This paper adopts data redundant technology, guarantee the stability and safety data.
