Abstract— With the popularity of new smart mobile devices and
Application, mLearning can create a revolution in eLearning and
doing business at the same time at any time and anywhere in the
world. This paper presents the product or services that could be
offered through mLearning. In this paper, we have identified some
of the issues in content security and authentication in Mobile
eLearning for providing persistent document security and
authentication. As for the solution to the problems we have
developed a framework for mLearning with content security and
authentication that is presented in this paper. Here, we also present
our content authentication algorithm using bipartite matching that
uses graph clustering with adjusted weights.

I. INTRODUCTION
Content security is the policy or procedure to protect
important and confidential documents. Examples of
documents that need to be secured are National ID Cards
(Social Security Cards), Passports, Bank Cards, Bank
Accounts, Important Legal Documents, Important
government documents, confidential corporate documents,
Educational Contents, etc. There are many ways to secure
items that are important to our lives. The nature of
documents that needs to be protected may vary from
personal to corporate to documents of national/international
interest. It is important to have a certain level of security
and access appropriate for such documents. In the case of
companies, financial institutions and government, protecting
documents and securing them is a critical component to
being successful and achieving goals. Any organization’s
long-term success can depend on its plan, and ability, to
secure and manage their assets and documents in a proper
way. Following the proper methods to efficiently secure
documents provides protection from unauthorized access
and thereby reduces associated risks. In this technological
world, it is increasingly important to have control over all
documents of importance to maintain document privacy,
integrity, and authenticity and so as to secure the future of
an organization or maintain the privacy of an individual.
The challenges of securing paper documents are as
follows:

• Storing appropriate documents that needs to be
secured
• Storage limitation, security and level of access for
authorized people
• Developing mechanism to manage documents in
digital format and provide access control
• Security and Tracking access
Once the size of documents increases hard copy paper
documents are difficult to manage. Storing hard copies is
cumbersome and managing them is difficult. Some
Document Management systems can be used to manage the
documents, for example, by reading bar codes and then
maintaining a database to access the documents, making
them searchable and controlled by a PIN. These systems
can provide a certain level of security to the documents and
prevent unauthorized access. However, these documents are
still at the risk of unauthorized use, can be lost or stolen and
it is difficult to track who had access to which documents.
Technology has become an advantage for some people
who would like to duplicate, transform and alter any
document for their own benefit [6]. This is very much
alarming for any individual or business. Any vital document
such as education records, land records, Social security
record, National ID Card, Driving License, Passport,
Medical Records, Visa documents, Bank Notes, Bank
Cards, Credit Cards, Copy Right Documents, Educational
Contents, etc. are been at risk of duplication, tampering and
fraud. It is the responsibility of the individual, corporation
and issuing authority to safeguard their
artifacts/documents/products according to the govt.
regulations.
