JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Verify all material test Certificates as per purchase order and issue material for preparation as per fabrication drawings. Interpret drawings and other documents.
Checking the weld and base metal composition using (Positive Material Identification) as per clients procedure.
Verification and documentation ( test packs and quality plans)
Review of Inspection Test Plans, Follow-up, Review of WPS and PQR.
Familiar with the base materials and consumable welding materials conform to the specifications and that welding filler metals used are as specified for material.
Implementing welding procedures are as specified and qualified, and that the welding is performed as per applicable procedure.
Check Fit-up inspection, Edge prepared before welding, during welding and after welding and also parameters of Welding-Volt, Amp, Speed, Heat Input.
Check the calibration certificates of welding generators, rectifiers, GTAW, MAG welding Equipment and accessories.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
B-TECH in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (Production) from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana in 2010 with 71%.
Diploma in WELDING TECHNOLOGY from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2007 with 66%.
Certificate in WELDING TECHNOLOGY from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2005 with 68%.
Matriculation from Punjab School Education Board in 2002 with 72%.
Student member of ASME (American Society Mechanical Engineering).
OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS:
