RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine servicing and overhauling of all diesel engines
Overhauling of Centrifugal pumps.
Inspecting the engines and detecting malfunctions.
Replacing engine parts and appropriately assembling the same.
Maintaining records of servicing and engine repairs.
Checking electrical systems and transmission parts and ensuring the smooth functions on
the same
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Able to work safely with various hand tools like spanners, wrenches , power tools etc.
Able to use Onboard Diagnosis Instruments designed for automobile engines
Able to use Various Precision Measuring Instruments like Calipers , Micrometers etc.
Able to interprete Assembly Drawings of Diesel Engines
Able to understand Assembling - Disassembling Sequences of Diesel Engines
