As a Assistant manager in Production & Quality Well versed with quality system (ISO: 18001, TS: 16949), Six Sigma Technique, FMEA.VSM, Line Balancing, 5s, Exposure of product engineering processes. Person with good communication with strong positive approach and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities:
Track Production, Quality, Scrap & Safety.
Interaction with internal supplier / customer.
Ensure equipment available & capable.
Ensure tooling and consumables availability.
Monitoring & coaching of team members.
Lead Kaizen / Improvement / cost reduction programs.
Corrective action in case of process out of control ( reaction plan, CAR response )
Help in ensuring in process capability.
Costing Sheet of finish part / Raw Material Purchasing
Incoming Inspection, Final Inspection

Participate in Quality Circle Competition in 2005 and won the STATE LEVEL COMPITITION at BHOPAL.
Participate in Quality Circle Competition in 2006 in the REGIONAL FINAL COMPITITION at Aurangabad.
