Job Responsibilities as a HR:
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc)
Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.
Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.
Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.
Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
Ensuring that adequate qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Creating invoices for all the purchases and services offered by different clients, collecting money from accounts and paying the parties the invoice amount.
Keeping record of daily attendance of the employees.

Graduate from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Delhi University (1995-1998) with combination of Business Data Processing and Economics.
10 + 2 from J.D Tytler School, New Rajender Nagar, New Delhi (CBSE BOARD-1995).
10th from KendriyaVidyalaya, Gole Market, New Delhi (CBSE BOARD1992).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Completed a one and half year computer Diploma from NIIT. Ltd.
Completed introductory course on Internet from CIIT
Completed introductory course on E-Commerce from Cyber Softec Computer Institute.
Completed 3 months certificate course in Multimedia from NSIC LTD.
