ABSTRACT
The main aim of this project is to guide the user driving the vehicle mostly in night times where there is not sufficient light on the roads. The project uses RFID technology to implement this application. The significant advantage of all types of RFID systems is the non contact, non-line-of-sight nature of the technology. Tags can be read through a variety of substances such as snow, fog, ice, paint, crusted grime, and other visually and environmentally challenging conditions, where barcodes or other optically read technologies would be useless. This project can provide security for the industries, companies, etc.
The RFID tags will be arranged on either side of the roads. The RFID reader will be fixed to the car. As the car moves in the forward direction, the RFID tag comes in the vicinity of the reader and the reader reads the details written in the tag. This data from the reader will be sent to the microcontroller and the microcontroller directly sends it to the LCD. Thus, the user can take the direction which is displayed on the LCD. This project is designed mainly to avoid road accidents during night times due to the insufficient lights on the roads.
