1. Obtain the forward & reverse characteristics of a Semiconductor diode.
2. Obtain the forward & reverse characteristics of a diode which can be used as a voltage Regulator.
3. Draw the input & output characteristics of a Current Controlled Transistor whose input is applied between the Emitter & Base terminal, the output is taken between the Collector & Base terminals.
4. Draw the input & output characteristics of a Current Controlled Transistor whose input is applied between the Base & Emitter terminal, the output is taken between the Collector & Emitter terminals.
5. Obtain the Drain & Transfer characteristics of a Voltage Controlled Transistor.
6. Obtain the characteristics of a Transistor in which the output can be taken at any one of the 3 terminals (i.e) Emitter or Base1 or Base2.
7. Draw the characteristics of a diode which operates in reverse bias condition & its reverse current increases with the light intensity at the PN junction.
8. Obtain the characteristics of a BJT which has no connection to the Base terminal & the input is in the form of light.
9. Draw the performance characteristics of a circuit which allows unidirectional current to flow through the load during positive half cycle only.
10. Draw the performance characteristics of a circuit which allows unidirectional current to flow through the load during entire input cycle.
11. Obtain the VI-characteristics of Silicon Controlled Rectifier.
12. Obtain the characteristics of Diode A.C Switch.
13. Obtain the characteristics of Triode A.C Switch.
