The soul of the production process is in the hands of quality control department. This department is completely based on the two basic through test using the micro biological test and the chemistry test of the sampling of the production water. If there is any issues regarding to the production failures, the quality control department should liable for it.
In this department the personnel are making four kind of tests such as 1 hour test, 4 our test. Weakley test, monthly test and yearly test. But the company is not supposed to do the yearly test because the components which is utilizing for the yearly test is highly concentrated one. They will use only the powerful acids like HCL, H²SO4. So, the company is concentrate on the workers safety they don’t do the test like that.

Normally our company will not making any stock level at the storage place. Because of the income tax problem. The production is based on the JIT (Just In Time).
