hai sir,
we are students from jntu kalikiri andhrapradesh
we want the project for college no due sytem so could you plz send us project and inf regarding to it
Introduction
By the end of each semester, before semester exams, students should visit their respective libraries, laboratories, and departments and obtain no down payment. The non-quota form is issued by the administration block. The student then manually visits each department and verifies if they have any fees. If fees are outstanding - such as in a non-returned library book or laboratory breaks - the student pays the dues and names of the persons concerned and stamps the non-dues advance. The same process is carried out in all areas. This system occurs about one week before the test. As a result, there is a huge rush and also a lot of time has to be spent on the process that could be used by the students in preparation for the exams. Moreover, as the procedure involves stamping / signature on the particular cells in the form - leaves a lot of room for error. Also, this system has no regeneration facility for students so that they can be informed about outstanding fees or any other errors. In this project we will try to implement a system that can automate the entire process of no-quotas collection and make it easier and more comfortable for both students and administration. Goals
In this project we will try to incorporate the following characteristics:
• An ID card with smart card: We propose the use of an ID card with smart card for each student. The card will have a memory of 1Kbto 4 Kb. The card must be re-writable The same card could be used for library, laboratory and for assistance.
• Built-in controller with transmission system in the library: The library database will be updated regularly when the student takes or returns books to the library. When quotas are not to be calculated, the PC transfers to the embedded controller the details that must be sent to the administration block
• Built-in controller with reception system in Administration building: the data that are sent by the different blocks are received by this embedded system. This data is transferred to the PC via the serial port.
• PC software with database: The PC will be window-based with Visual Basic 6.0 software that will serve as the front-end. This will be very informative and easy to use so it can be used without much technical knowledge. The database will be designed in MS Access. In the database will store student details, real-time fees and contact numbers.
• SMS sender Use of GSM: Regular details of student fees will be automatically sent to students prior to the exhibitions. This system also ensures that students get updates in real time when their payments are entered into the host system.
