Hi,
Iam Nithin. Iam a 3rd year BCA student. I have to take a seminar on "Brin-to-Brain Communication". I do not no much about the assigned topic either. I must take the seminar on 26th Dec. m
The first telepathic brain-to-brain communication between two participants via the Internet has been conducted by researchers at the University of Washington.
The experiment used a set of questions and answers. The objective is for the "researcher" to determine what object the "respondent" seeks from a list of possible objects. The inquirer sends a question (eg "Does it fly?") To the responder, who responds "yes" or "no" by mentally focusing on one of the two flashing LED lights connected to the monitor. ).
Focusing on the "yes" light, the EEG device signals the researcher via the Internet to activate a magnetic coil behind the investigator's head, which stimulates the visual cortex and causes the investigator to see a flash of light as a "phosphene"). A "no" signal works the same way, but it is not strong enough to trigger the coil.
