Abstracts: The temperature of gearbox in load condition increases and due to which there is wear and tear in gears. So it is necessary to monitor the temperature in oil continuously, so we are using temperature sensor (LM35) to measure the temperature of the oil. Now even when load increases the input shaft rpm decrease so it is necessary to monitor the input rpm and make it stable. So we are using IR sensor to measure the rotation of the input motor. And both the ir sensor and temperature sensor values are shown in LCD.Now if the temperature of the oil increase the threshold or the input motor rpm changes message goes to the corresponding head about the problem.Also the controlling action takes place, the compressor starts and the air goes inside the oil which cools the temperature. And hence the temperature of oil stabilizes.
