ABSTRACT:
Nowadays due to the availability of large storage space, huge number of images are produced and stored around the world. On the other hand medical images databases are daily produced and stored in hospital and health centers. Presently the data is available in distributed systems now we can use the cloud to access the images and also to store the Images. Images can be accessed via mobile applications integrated with HIS/RIS/PACS workflow exceeding the limitations of user that can display only DICOM images. CHILI/Mobile Zero footprint application developed using HTML5 which does not require any other programs installed not even JAVA. CBIR technique is used to retrieve the similar images from the database for a specified query and by content based medical image visual description of images data. The problem of medical images annotation by proposing a content based medical image retrieval and annotation approach that uses the co-occurrence matrix, Hu moments, FMA ontology and also vendor neural system that supports data distribution and anonymisation tasks for easy, robust and user friendly way and run different anonymisation process in parallel pipeline accessible through simple web interface is a major advantage in clinical (research) settings.
