"AN RFID-BASED ASSISTANCE MONITORING SYSTEM" is designed to collect and manage employee attendance records for RFID devices installed in an enterprise environment. Based on verification of employee identification at the inputs, the system could generate sophisticated employee assistance data for analysis purposes. It is also designed to automate your offices. Office automation is based on custom profiles. Profiles can be edited at run time without making any changes to the hardware. The database software is smart enough to mark attendance if and only if the card holder spent a minimum time required for attendance in the office. "An RFID-based attendance tracking system" was to design a system based on RFID technology that will not only change the hectic manual assistance procedure but also automate the user's office. The final design of the project achieved the idea of a multi-node environment that is responsible for the automatic assistance and automation of offices according to the personalised profile of the holder of the RFID card. The design also addresses the problems (reliable data transfer) of the multi node environment. To ensure that the data transfer is reliable between the server and the reader node, the project adopts the CSMA / CD algorithm. This project facilitates users in many ways like saving time in procedure assistance, security, employee attendance management and many more.
