-The impact of ongoing progress in Science and Technology has created a variety of systems that can be used in the generation of energy from Renewable Sources of Energy and one of them is Solar Energy. The project that we have prepared uses solar energy with the use of Thermoelectric Module and Photo voltaic Module for the generation of energy that we also use for the effect of cooling and heating. It is basically a portable heater cum cooler that is designed primarily for the convenience of traveling folks and the military. The most important use of this portable cooler is for the preservation of insulin in extreme conditions. The precise level of cooling power below which the thermoelectric method is preferable depends on a number of factors, but for most purposes it is ten watts and will remain in this region until there is a substantial improvement in the figure of merit Of the thermoelectric elements. A thermoelectric module (TEM) is used instead of the compressor to be portable, as it is based on the principles of the Peltier effect. The use of the Peltier effect is to create a heating side and a cooling side and also to maintain effectiveness. The thermoelectric cooler (TEC) is a solid state heat pump that uses semiconductor materials, by Peltier effect, to provide cooling or instant heating. It has the advantage of having no moving parts and therefore maintenance free. The solar thermoelectric plant avoids any unnecessary electrical danger and provides a very environmentally friendly product and also the thermoelectric cooler does not produce chlorofluorocarbon (CFC). Contains no contaminants, contains no liquids or gases, is portable, compact, does not create vibrations or noises due to the difference in system mechanics. It is a prototype and its components are commercially available.
