The mobile coin-based battery charger developed in this document is providing a unique service to the rural public where network power is not available for part / full day and a source of income for site providers. The coin-operated mobile battery charger can be installed quickly and easily outside of any commercial establishment. The mobile phone market is a large industry and has spread to rural areas as an essential means of communication. While the urban population uses more sophisticated mobiles with good energy batteries that last several days, the rural population buys the pre-owned cell phones that require charging frequently. Many times the battery becomes flat in the middle of the conversation, especially at uncomfortable times when access to a standard charger is not possible. Coin-based mobile battery chargers are designed to solve this problem. The user has to connect the mobile phone in one of the adapters and insert a coin; the phone will receive a micro-pulse to charge. It does not bring a 'dead' phone to a fully charged state. The carrying capacity of the mobile phone is designed with the help of predefined values. Of course, it is possible to continue charging the mobile by inserting more coins. This compact, lightweight product is designed to serve the growing number of rural mobile users around the world. A suitable microcontroller is programmed for all control applications. The source of charge is obtained from the direct electricity grid and solar energy in case of unavailability of the electricity grid.
Now day-to-day mobile phones play an important role in today's world of conversation as well as daily lifestyles. Without it, one feels incomplete and not certain because most of the work is accomplished with the help of it. Cell phone is the most common gadget in cities, towns and also in villages. Smart smart phone's fundamental backlog is battery; the smart consumption of the cell phone battery is excessive due to numerous functions in it. The generic coin-based battery charger system used in this project is used to provide service to the rural public in which the power of the network is not always available for the partial or full day and many times the battery becomes no life in the middle of the communication, inconvenient cases, while access to a preferred charger is not feasible. The coin-based mobile charger is designed to solve this problem, it can be quickly and easily installed outdoors in any premises of the company. It is designed based entirely on Arduino ONE R3, is used to govern the LCD display, the coin insertion module and the charging unit. The LCD will display the real time to the left. The LED indication on the front panel indicates which machine is operating the sun / battery or GRID resistor.
