Digital locks have become an important part of these security systems. There are many types of technologies available to secure our place, such as PIR based security systems, RFID based security system, laser security alarms, bio-matrix systems, etc. Even now, there are digital locks that can be operated using our smartphones. more need to keep different keys, only a smart phone can operate all locks, this concept is based on the Internet of things.
Explanation of work:
This system mainly contains AT89S52 microcontroller, keyboard module, buzzer and LCD. The At89s52 microcontroller controls the complete processes like taking the password form keyboard module, comparing the passwords predefined password, driving the buzzer and send the state to the LCD display. The keyboard is used to insert the password into the microcontroller. The buzzer is used for the incorrect password indication and the LCD is used to display the status or messages on it. The buzzer has a built-in conductor using an NPN transistor.
