The reduction of cycle time has a good predictable role in the operation of CNC and non-conventional machining processes. Reducing cycle time requires eliminating non-value added activities that do not add value to the manufactured product. Examples of non-value added activities include machine configuration, inspection, and scheduled delays. The parameters considered in this context are velocity, feed, depth of cut, derivations, etc., these parameters should not violate any of the limitations that can be applied in the process and satisfy the objective function, such as the reduction of time cycle optimization, production maximization, cost reduction, performance enhancement, process rationalization, communications enhancement, reduction of process variability or combinations of previous functions. In this study, a major component is considered with turning, facing, grooving, threading, drilling and drilling operations. Activities without added value not only processes, but also the unnecessary hands of operators that will increase the time to produce a component. The various operations performed on the component will be reduced to reduce the time required to produce the component. Nowadays customers are asking for short term delivery times to meet their needs with good quality products which will be useful for the organization to keep old customers and increase the number of new customers. The cycle time of this component can be reduced by varying the speed, the feed and the depth of cut. The objective of the study is obtained by changing the process / type of production, pre-machining the components and also by implementing a new tool called a form tool.
