The plastic is the general general term for a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic biological amorphous solid materials used in the manufacture of industrial products. Plastics are generally polymers of high molecular mass, and may be included in other substances to improve performance and / or reduce costs. Plastic monomers are either natural or synthetic organic compounds. The word derives from the Greek πλαστικός (plastico), which means that it is suitable for molding, and the meaning of πλαστός (plastos) is minuscule. It refers to their damage or structure during construction, which is cast, pressed, or extracted in different sizes, such as films, fibers, plates, tubes, bottles, boxes and more.
The general term plastic should not be confused with technical adjective plastic, which is applied to any material that goes through the permanent change of size (plastic deformation) when stressed beyond a certain point. Aluminum, for example, is plastic in this sense, but common sense is not a plastic; On the contrary, in its finished forms, some plastic disorders will break before and therefore there is no plastic in the technical sense.
