Research on the design of the high-pressure steam turbine blade addresses the problems of steam turbine efficiency. A precise aerodynamic profile profile for the high pressure turbine blade and calibrates the efficiency of certain types such as chromium and nickel in the creep and fracture resistance of the turbine blades. The thermal and chemical conditions in the blades are, the substrate to prevent corrosion when exposed to moist steam. The efficiency of the steam turbine is a key factor in both environmental and economic collisions of any coal in power plants. The increasing efficiency of a typical 500 MW turbine by 1% reduces CO2 emissions from the turbine's location, with corresponding reductions of NOx and SOx. In this regard, an attempt is made on the performance of steam turbine blades, which is an important criterion for the retrofit of the coal fired at the power plant. Based on research presented modifications to high pressure steam turbine blades can be done to increase turbine efficiency of a turbine.
