Abstracts: “HRM” is an online website which is basically used by the Admin. Facilities like Login, Registration, Forgot password, send Email, bug tracking is provided. The Admin manages following jobs: • Daily attendance. • Company profile. • Manages Leave Application given by employee. • Recruitment of jobs which includes interview notifications and manage categories of jobs so that user can easily apply for the same. • Email facility whether the job is fixed or not. • Generates reports. • Salary management. • Appraisal of employee. • Adding new jobs for different posts. • Manpower planning. All tasks which are done by the Admin are online. User can register himself/herself for different job posts. The employee can apply for leave, he/she maintains attendance and he/she can also apply for job for higher posting. The Admin on the other hand manages leave application, manages the attendance, salary, manages the database, manages job recruitment, upload different jobs and manages the bugs entered. Email facility is also provided to send to user whether he/she is recruited. Thus creating this “HRM SYSTEM”, we are providing the small website for the company convenience.
