Abstracts: The purpose of this project is to design and implement a locker high security system based on FINGERPRINT and GSM technology which can be organized in bank, secured offices and homes. In this system only authorized person can be recovered money from locker. We have implemented a locker security system based on FINGERPRINT and GSM technology containing door locking system which can activate, authenticate, and validate the user and unlock the door in real time for locker secure access. Fingerprints are one of many forms of biometrics, used to identify individuals and verify their identity. The main advantage of using FINGERPRINT and GSM is more secure than other systems. The technology can be used to identify, track, sort or detect a wide variety of objects. This system consists of PIC controller, GSM modem, Fingerprint module, keypad, and LCD. In this system authorized person’s fingerprint is scanned, if the fingerprint is matched then controller sends a signal to open the door and ID number of that person is displayed on LCD. An authorized person enters in the locker room and presses the switch placed on keypad in front of his locker. Then the controller sends a password to the authorized person’s mobile number through the GSM module. The password received through the GSM module is entered by a person through keypad to unlock to the locker
