INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS A NEURAL NETWORK?
An artificial neural network (ANN) is an information processing device ,either an algorithm or actual hardware that are modeled after the functioning of human brain.
It is composed of large number of highly interconnected processing elements (neurons) working to solve a specific problems.
ANNs ,like people LEARN by example.
WHY USE NEURAL NETWORKS?
To extract patterns and detect trends that are too complex to be noticed by either humans or other computer techniques .
Other advantages include:
-Adaptive learning
-Self organization
-Real time operation
